San Ramon Renovation Project

This beautiful Mediterranean style home, with more than $100,000 in upgrades, lacked one thing – a third bedroom.

 

Unfortunately for the homeowners, most of the buyers were growing families interested in the award-winning school district, or empty nesters looking to downsize to something more manageable.

Two bedrooms were not enough, even though the home boasts nearly 2,000 sq. ft. of great open living space. So working with Drysdale Dougles as consultants, the homeowners came up with a plan – to add a large third bedroom, an additional bonus loft, and increase the home size to more than 2,300 sq ft.

We’re going to document this unique conversion, one that will make zero change to the exterior of the home, and which can be completed in less than a month.
